All the candidates are instructed to submit the application to the college officer or to the administrator in person or through mail.

Fees to be paid as per the norms of Technical Education announcement . No extra fees are collected from the students for any other purpose.

AdmissionAdmission Procedure for Diploma Courses and Eligibility Criteria

  • Students initiate the admission Process by filling up the enclosed application form and submitting it together with a fee of Rs. 200/- (Two hundred only).
  • Application forms should be accompanied with three copies of SSLC / +2 Certificates and attested by a gazetted officer.
  • 10 recent passport size photos and 5 stamp size photos to be submitted with the application form.
  • Fees once paid are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
  • The management reserves the full right to amend the existing rules at any time and the students and guardians are required to abide by the changes.
  • Wearing of uniform and identity card is compulsory while entering the institute.
  • Course registration / re - registration / examination and project fees are extra.
  • Payment of fees must be paid on due date. Defaulters will be terminated without further notice.
  • Registration with concerned Board / University has to be done by the candidate himself / herself.
  • SAIE will not have any responsibility regarding their course registration and the institute will not be responsible for any delay or negligence.

  • SAIE does not award any certificate of its own. The certificate is given by the Professional Bodies / Universities.
  • SAIE works as course provider / preparator for the courses mentioned.
  • SAIE is a private, non - aided institute. It generates its resources through • student fees.
  • SAIE provides preparation / Coaching for professional bodies in India.
  • All additional expenses related to activities that form part of the course study, • will have to be borne by the student.
  • Any change in registration fees, examination fees or any other fees will have to • be borne by the student.
  • Application form will be issued along with the prospectus only.
  • Course registration / re registration examination and project fees are extra.

AdmissionRules & Regulations

  • Candidates shall abide by the rules and regulations in force and those that may be issued by the institution from time to time.
  • False declaration of age, qualification etc by the candidate will disqualify his / her admission.
  • Candidates who have not completed their qualifying exam or who have appeared in the final exam and are waiting for the results, can also apply. However, the results should be produced before the institution before the first exam.
  • Incomplete application form or failure to remit the required fee will invite rejection of application form.
  • Students have to maintain discipline, both inside and outside. Smoking, use of alcohol, involvement in politics or casteism or any gathering activity (Which may affect the study atmosphere or may put the institute in disrepute) is strictly prohibited.
  • If a student takes the admission and doesn't attend the classes and he / she demands the refund of fees with in a month of his / her admission date, 50% of tuition fee and library security only will be refunded. Students have to furnish a genuine ground for the refund of fees. Refund will be made by crossed cheque in the name of the student only. Such student have to return the admission receipts, library books, ID Card etc when he / she applies for the refund fees.

  • Tuition fee is payable in the beginning of each semester.
  • For any kind of misbehaviour with staff or fellow students or creating disturbances in class room or in the institute premises by a student, a full range of disciplinary action will be taken. (Such students will be expelled from the institute and depending upon his / her fault can also invite legal action.)
  • All disputes to come under the jurisdiction of the honourable court of Pala only.
  • Every student is bound to wear SAIE uniforms.
  • Students are required to preserve carefully the receipts of all the payment made.
